Founded in 2003, Forton Coaching developed the first Leadership Coaching model accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Since then, Forton’s work has focused on the specialist area of developing coaches for the complex corporate environment, coaching and developing leaders, managers and teams to be successful and fulfilled.
We deliver 1-1, group and team coaching services, as well as our accredited coach training programmes and the unique ‘my360plus’ assessment and leadership development tool.
Our Leader/Manager as Coach programme has been delivered to clients for 20 years and has supported the growth of a coaching culture in many organisations internationally.
Our global clients include private, public, academic and humanitarian sector organizations, including the UN.
In 2023 Forton Coaching joined the Inspirational Development Group (IDG), a global human performance consultancy specialising in leadership and team development. As part of IDG, our clients benefit from their experience developing inspirational leaders and collaborative, high-performing teams.
